It's always exciting when a family member is getting married. It's even more exciting (and nerve-wracking!) when you get to be the photographer for them! I am beyond ecstatic for my cousin Sonya and her new husband John; they are just wonderful together. July 20 was the big day, and after checking over the decorations at the reception hall one last time, it was time to get all dressed up and see the family! The ceremony was held in the Rogal Family Chapel at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA. After everyone had dried their tears of joy, we headed over to a gardens area on campus for some group photos. Let me tell you, this bridal group was ready to have fun! We then gathered everyone up and made our way over to the reception, held at The Fez Banquet Center in Aliquippa. Even though I had helped decorate the day before, I was still so excited to see how gorgeous the room looked! Music and laughter filled the air, and everyone danced the night away! Congrats Sonya and John, you have a wonderful life ahead of you! Special thanks to Lauren Fister, my wonderful second shooter! (Even though she's now abandoned me for Florida!)
In addition to being the photographer, I also got to design the invitation set and the ceremony program. I had so much fun putting it all together!
